"Went for some fork oil. Friendly staff pointed me in the right direction of what I needed. Got my oil and checked out gave a military discout just by seeing my I'd and wasn't going to ask for one but got it anyway. Great service and good to military.

"Randy was on point and got both my tires mounted pretty quickly. He balanced them perfectly as well. I have put about 400 miles on them already and I can feel the difference not just because they are new tires, but the balance is noticeable better. I will be taking his advice and coming back in to re-balance them in about a month or so.
My only complaint would be the price of mounting and balancing tires. I know it's a pretty standard fee, but I would think that Cycle gear could afford to discount the price when I'm doing two tires at once, and being forced to buy new tubes. Since I'm spending extra money on merchandise (and one of the tubes wasn't even the one I wanted, but the only one available), I should of got the discount on service."
"The staff at Cycle Gear Norfolk really got me out of a scary situation on a Sunday afternoon. I stopped to pick up some lunch and noticed my rear tire was worn to the point the steel banding was shinning in the bright afternoon sun! I pulled the wheel, took it to the store, and the guys had the new tire mounted and me back safely on the road in 30 minutes. That day could have turned out quite different with a blown tire at 70mph!! Thanks CG Norfolk!!"
