"Store rep knew exactly what smoke visor I was looking for. They did not have in stock, but quickly placed my order online for fast delivery. I was not certain of which model of visor I needed for my Shoei helmet, but the rep looked at it, and checked inventory. He also showed me the different tone of smoke so I did not buy one too dark or too light. I also purchased a visor bag, which was $20 less than an online cycle store had it. I'm a Can Am Spyder RT rider. Thanks."

"Anticipating the purchase of my first bike in several years, I spent several hundred dollars in clothing and equipment here. Since this, my local store, did not have the helmet I wanted in my size, I had to go to another store to pick up a Bilt Bluetooth Helmet, about 12 miles from my home. Upon returning home, I discovered there were no Bluetooth instructions or charging cable in the box, and the flip-up shaded visor did not work properly. I took the box to my local store and the guy told me the visor had been knocked off its track (he fixed it), and he had to print a copy of the instructions for me and gave me a spare cable from behind the counter. THEN when I got home to charge the bluetooth battery and pair the helmet with my phone, I realized the wall charger was also missing, so I had to go back to the store AGAIN, where another guy gave me another spare charger from behind the counter. By that time I had actually ridden my new bike with the helmet on and disliked it a lot....heavy, noisy, poor visibility and fit......and wanted to exchange it. Even though it was within their stated 7-day helmet exchange timeframe, I was told I could not exchange it because I had actually RIDDEN my bike once with the helmet on! Sad part for Cycle Gear is, I still have quite a bit of stuff to buy to accessorize my bike and get ready for warmer weather. I WON'T be buying it here!
