" I have been going to the store for about 20 years and I am always impressed by the treatment I get there. The deals I have gotten have save me so much money over the years and keep me coming back in the customer service just see you minutes my desire to become a lifelong customer. Also the return policy is pretty awesome especially compared to other places in town who make everything so difficult. The prices for the gear are unmatched anywhere you go except maybe online sometimes. I was in a pretty bad motorcycle accident and lost vision in one of my eyes and I never thought I would be able to get back on the road without my peripheral vision in that I, but just going into cycle gear to look around and reminisce really got me back in to getting out and riding. Although this is my favorite store if I am traveling I always search for a cycle gear just to check it out. My one gripe though is they never have sake of your hoodies like they used to. If you're looking for a great deal on motorcycle gear or tires or a good helmet they have a huge selection and the guys are pretty knowledgeable. I don't know Matt well other than helping me when I have going in for the last 20 years but he sure does a great job in keeping the store together and making sure I'm taken care of each time I visit "

"I ran up to Portland from Chico, CA on a whim. Knowing OR is always damp, I had some rain gear but wasn't ready for a 500 mile rainy trip back when the floodgates opened. Dropped in, got some frog tog pants and goretex gloves and dry bag and headed out. Really helpful staff who knew what was what and some good riding stores. Highly recommended. "

"Quality seemed good, however the inner fleece wasn't all that good. It stretched to much down the sleeves and stuck out. A firmer fabric and thicker would have been better, like the one in my Joe Rocket and other hight priced and higher quality outer wear."
