"I bought a battery that never charged and performed properly. I took it back in a couple months later and they swapped it for another new one that has performed great since. The one thing I didn't like was that I had paid an extra charge for an extra years warranty that did not carry over to the replaced battery, even though its original warranty should have taken care of the replacement since it wasn't even close to a year old. Instead I had to pay an additional charge for another years coverage on the replacement battery. I found a leather jacket on sale at that time that went home with me and have been quite happy with both items. The location here is much more convenient than having to drive 30 miles to the Harley dealer in San Jose."
