"Went in for a few different things including washers for my oil drain plug. I asked an employee if he knew what size I needed for my model bike. I was told that is something they have no way of knowing and I would need to bring in the old one and "eyeball it". About 2 minutes later I asked a different staff member who easily looked up the information and got me what I needed. "

"I can't... usually I go to CG San Jose since it is closer to where I live. That day I was riding with my lady as her bluetooth built in helmet failed. We gave it a try being in the neighborhood of Redwood City and dropped by.
I recognized Sean right away. He was busy with another customer but greeted us with a big smile and helped us shortly after. Besides his positive attitude I'd like to point out his wide range of motorcycle knowledge. It was very pleasant to chat about this and that while my passenger tested the comfort of a new helmet.
He knew his products very well and it was hard to resist to not buy even more than a new helmet (which was technically an upgrade/replacement for the broken one).
Conclusion: Great customer service and we couldn't be more satisfied- thx!

"The store is small and limited on supplies, not to mention the struggle to find parking. If the store simply moved across the street to the empty building (an old treadmill outlet store) it would have an actual dedicated parking lot and would allow for a bigger store which could stock more items and serve the community better. The lack of supplies makes customers seek their purchases else where... the SF or SJ stores, or go to online competitors. "
