"I bought a stylish leather jacket and a Sedici helmet, then later returned the helmet for a Bilt brand that fit my head a little better. Love the jacket and the helmet I ended up with, I took them on a full day trip and they were both fantastic.
I worked with two salesmen on different days and had a great experience with one, he asked what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect jacket and helmet for my price range. When I go back for anything I'll be looking for him. The other salesman seemed nice but turned out to be quite pushy, he kept trying to drive me toward the most expensive Shoei helmets even after I told him my budget, when the Sedici I bought at first didn't work out he only wanted to discuss Shoei, he told me horror stories about motorcycle accidents to sway me and would only offer helmets to try on that cost twice what I had just paid the day before to exchange up to. I'm sure Shoei is great! But I couldn't afford it that day. I finally found a Bilt helmet on my own that feels great in the price range I had paid for the Sedici. Overall I had a good experience at Cycle Gear, but I won't be working with that salesman again."

"everything about your return policy is crap. I had the hardest time trying to return something that was only 7 days old. The manager battled the return and said that the product I bought doesn’t count on the return policy. If theirs a different return policy it clearly isn’t printed anywhere. Also if that’s the case, then stop having your employees say that you have 30 days to return a product. "
