"I needed a pair of gloves for a Southern to Northern California ride in November so I stopped by a store in Southern California and bought a pair of Sedici gloves. They turned to be terrible gloves so I wanted to return them. Lo and behold, the clerk in the SoCal store had wrung them up wrong with an incorrect price (intentionally or accidentally, a little unclear). Regardless, the clerk in the San Jose store was polite, confirmed with the SoCal store that the transaction was legit, and accepted my return. Sadly, what I really wanted was to exchange the gloves for a decent pair, but their selection in the store is pretty limited and skewed toward dirt bike riding instead of street riding, it seems. They just don't have a wide selection of higher quality gloves.
But what they lack in selection they make up for in customer service and no-hassle returns. "

"I went to the cycle gear off of meridian . I found everything I wanted in quick time and got great help from the guys working. Once we found a problem with my credit card, I left for one hour. Upon returning, the previous rep wasn't available. I waited for easily 30 mins and all I was told was that he was in the rest room. My schedule didn't allow me to return so in repurchasing the same items, the new helper didn't know what discounts were applied and I inadvertently ended up paying an additional $150 for the same items because the previous rep, I believe his name was J.D. wasn't available. This took place Saturday, labor day weekend. Very unprofessional."
"I returned a Dainese backpack that was a gift from my wife. It had a tear in one of the inside pocket and one of the zipper tabs broke off. All this from light use. I brought it in to Cycle Gear San Jose and they exchanged it for me. They were able to pull up my wife's receipt."
