"Here are my experiences with cycle gear.
visit 1:
Me: "Hi, I would like to order sprockets for my motorcycle."
Employee 1: "Ask employee 2"
Employee 2: "I do not think we have it, but ask employee 3"
Employee 3: " let me check, we do not have it"
Visit 2:
Getting in and selecting engine oil, which is twice the price of Amazon.
Walk to register and wait. Only one customer in line talking to the only employee at the register.
three more employees on the floor and no one come to help.
10 minutes later, one customer is done.
I am paying and leaving.
Vist 3
My wife returning oil filter, new unopened box.
Employee 1: why you are returning it?
Wife: wrong part.
Employee 1 calling employee 2 asking permission to return it. Employee 2 open the new item and say yes.
Thank you for wasting my wife time and making a new item an open box at the same time.

When I got home I put the standard set to use on my Harley and I snapped the 5/16 handle right off. While I was in picking my order I spoke to Huy and explained to him what happens and made the exchange for the new set of standard T handles painless and quick. Thanks a lot guys "

Had to return an item (jacket armor) that was the wrong size (my bad) - the salesman found something similar (different brand) that did the trick (and right size)! Because it was more expensive, the sales person gave me a 10% discount on it as well.
Installed it in my jacket successfully and am now using it every time I ride!"
"I bought a Shoei GT-Air II helmet and Sena SRL2 headset. Cycle gear installed the headset for me, but botched the job. The inner padding came out after I put the helmet on and off a couple of times. I re-did the installation (they hadn't hooked the padding in correctly), but I'm still having trouble with the microphone which keeps detaching itself. I'll fix that too, when I get a chance.
So if you buy a headset you may want to install it yourself, or have someone you trust do it."
