"I went to my local store to look at helmets. I found a Sedici Viaggio that I was interested in yet I was not quite ready to buy without some research on the intercom system. Ben answered my questions at this time and I left the store without purchasing the helmet to do some more research. After researching the helmet I decided the Sedici was for me.
I called the store the next morning and spoke to Ben again. Ben pulled the helmet off the shelf and had the Sedici waiting for me at the counter when I arrived. I was quite impressed with the knowledge and helpfulness of Ben. Thank you sir.

"Great tires for my 2018 Honda CRF250 Rally . Had the rear tire mounted with a Heavy Duty Tube while I waited , got it home and I told them I'll be back with the front wheel as they had a matching Dunlop 606 front 90/90X21. A younger employee installed the front tire with a H/D tube and didn't notice till I was installing ... he failed to align the yellow dot at the valve stem. Not a big deal but still the Tech should be better trained ...The rear was mounted professionally .
