The staff treated me (and every other customer I saw) politely and with the intent of selling the most appropriate product for their needs, not the most expensive one they had. Tried 3 ways to find me a discount (2 succeeded) and found about 10% off.

I have used these guys for > 15 years and will continue to always go to them first. I like to be treated as if my purchase of a $127 helmet is as important to them as it is to me.
