"I never take to a website to give a company a bad review, but when I write to them 5 times in the past 2 months and get zero response, I feel compelled to warn others not to make the same mistake.
I ordered an item from dailycheckout.com on 04/09/12. They immediately charged my credit card (which I expected) but here I sit, 2 months later, and when I check the status of my order on their website, it still says "CHARGED" but no item has been sent or received.
I have emailed every one of their email addresses 5 times since my order. EVERY SINGLE ONE of my emails and inquiries have gone unanswered. This is totally unacceptable.
Word of warning: DO NOT ORDER FROM DAILYCHECKOUT.COM - these people are rip-off artist of the highest order. I'm lucky I am only out a small amount of money, but consider this a warning and do not bother with these people. I have no idea how they've stayed in business this long. "

"Ive ordered from Daily Checkout many times and never had any issues and was usually happy with the product. I ordered 3 bluetooth headsets couple weeks ago and rcvd package 2 days ago. There was no packing slip and the USB plugs were all the wrong size for the product. I contacted the company thru their website with no response. I most likely will not buy anything thru their site again unless I get customer satisfaction."

wow! i'm surprise DCO sent me an email which lead me to this site, which constantly have negative reviews of their products...here's mine. receives the above item, in a bubble envelope no instructions or accessory s, and someone just threw in a plug which does not fit the appliance, no problem, i have plenty around that would fit; had it plugged in for 24 hrs, the appliance does NOT work. 1st call, no answer. says to reply through email, which i do, this may be a standard reply..."For any inconvenience that may have been caused we’d like to offer you an additional 10% off your next purchase."...
but did not address any of my concern. i see from the others, i need to have my credit card reversed. will do.

"I had received the item damaged because it was shipped in the original box. It wasn't put into another box & that's why it ended up cracked. I emailed them the same day. Two days later I emailed them again with no response. The following day after, still no response so I again emailed them & again no response. Four days later I called them & again no response. This is the worst case of lack of customer service. I will never again buy anything from them. I called my credit card company & they have refunded my money & are going to contact DailyCheckout in regards to this issue. Be very leary of this merchant."
"I've never been motivated to post a business review before, but Dailycheckout.com has pushed me over the edge. They have the worst customer service I have ever encountered in decades of shopping.
The problem is simple and may have initially been an unintentional error (though after reading these reviews I doubt it). The item I received was not what was advertised (different wattage and model). I have requested a resolution by email three times over a two week period and received no response. I have since left two voicemail messages and received no response. To add insult, their website claims they are a family-owned business with a "spotless reputation" Ha Ha.
My advice is this. If you are ok with taking on the entire risk yourself of broken/unreceived/misrepresented merchandise go ahead. Because you'll have no recourse if anything goes wrong."
"Ive sent them 10 emails to the info@, Roy@ and RMA@ email address for them. also 5 phone calls, no response. talking to bank to reverse charges. do not purchase from these folks. not legitimate. I received notice that my item shipped but also stated no tracking attached. they wont confirm any tracking information or respond to any request."
"I ordered a chocolate fountain they advertised with a retail value of $89.99. The picture shows was for a large metal fountain. What did I get? A small plastic fountain that fell apart as soon as I removed it from the box! We had planned to use it at my daughter's Sweet 16 Birthday party but couldn't. I've sent countless emails and called numerous times with no response or resolution! I'm filing a complaint with the BBB and I would advise to not purchase anything from this company!"
"As others have stated this company is wretched. Took them three weeks and multiple (more than 25) complaints to finally ship the item I ordered. It was gift for my daughter and I assumed dailycheckout.com had ripped me off and had to tell her the item wasn't coming. I think the only reason they eventually did ship it was because I filed a claim against them via PayPal.
Borderline crooks, avoid."

"(I'm curious as to what dailycheckout.com has to do with "click4digital.com". The latter doesn't even appear to exist. No website, and searching for it also doesn't even show the website!)
I've ordered 4 times from them so far. 2 were fine, one was not (haven't received the 4th yet), and it was my fault for never contacting them about the defective item, but I was able to fix it myself. If something is minor I prefer to try and fix it myself rather than deal with the BS of returns, etc.
As for "support", I can't recall ever having to contact them, yet their email address is my address book so that means I did email them and received a reply (to which I had to reply) at least once or else it would not be in my address book. I do find it strange the email address I have for them is some Gmail address! You'd think a company would used their domain email address(es).
My last order was placed 10-25 and only today 11-4 did I receive the shipment notification! So it indeed DOES take them a long time to ship for some reason. I can deal with that, as long as it's the product you ordered and there's no problem with it.
So for me, so far, I haven't had any major issues with them."

I addition the refills were Sensor refills not Sensor Excel. I emailed 3 times and called and left messages twice and got no response. I will not shop there again and recommend all to avoid the site."
"I`ve ordered from this company a few times before, with little or no problems. Two months ago I ordered a camera and the status in my account since then shows `In shipping`. I`ve requested a refund from Paypal, but it has been over 45 days. I`ve sent numerous e-mails, submitted their online form, and tried phoning but they are unresponsive. I did receive a single message three weeks ago stating that the item was shipped, but it was obviously a lie.
