"I ordered a Iphone battery case on April 8, I've never received the product. I've emailed 5 times in the last 2 weeks and called twice never received a response to any inquiries about my order(I've added them to my contact list & verified it's not being filtered by spam filters). The tracking number sent states the USPS received electronic notice that the package would be arriving to them for delivery but was never received.
Their customer service is seriously lacking and appears to be defrauding customers without shipping any thing.

"This company is trying to defraud customers by saying that they have shipped an item by sending us a shipping confirmation from USPS, but in reality, the shipping number is either fictitious, or just a ploy by applying for a shipping number for the USPS, but never actually shipping the item. In my case and from what I here, they are done this to hundreds of others as well. My tracking # is XXXXX dated 4/8, but it still hasn't been delivered. They don't return any emails or voicemails.
Please people, don't let a company like this or any other steal your hard earned money. Take all legitimate steps to get your money back, and maybe put these type scam artists out of business. I am providing all the links you need to file a Postal Fraud claim, a BBB claim, and a rating notice. I am or in the process of filing all the claims here. The Postal Fraud can be claimed since they are giving out Postal shipping confirmations, when they have never really even given the item to the PO to be shipped, and sending emails claiming it has been shipped. You also have a Postal Fraud claim and all others as well, if you did receive the item, but it was not the brand name icase. I hear that the few who actually received them, some are the knock off generic copies without the icase stamp. They show in their YouTube video, and the original sale post the icase, not a generic knock off. I personally purchased an eBay knock off for $3.50 shipped. So you can see, even if you got one, and it was the knock off, you were defrauded. You can also post your experience on their face book page as well. I am not asking any of you to do anything illegal, just know your rights and enforce them. It really won't take you all that much time. I did most of the research for you. Please don't let this company, or others like it get away with cheating and lying to you. Did you know their BBB rating is A-, that is unbelievable !!! But if everyone took the time to file with these organizations, most of us would not have been cheated here. So please take a few minutes, and claim your rights, and protect yourself. Thanks.

"Ordered an iPhone case on 3/24 contacted them about the fact I had not recieved item yet, they said it would ship soon. I recieved a "Tracking number" on April 8th and today it still lists this number as not having shipped, just a tracking number created for it. Its been 11 days since it had supposedly been shipped to me. Repeated emails have gone unanswered.
Afraid to say I need to be placed on the Ripped off list.

I just recieved the "Product" and I say that jokingly because it took 13 BUISNESS days to have it arrive after the shipping label was created and that was after waiting weeks to even get the item to ship. I never recieved a reply from the numberous emails I had sent untill I posted on Facebook and on here. Oh and the iPhone case I recieved - no packaging, just thrown into a bubblewrap mailing package, item looks used with scratches all over it. This place caused WAY to big a headache to ever thing about dealing with again."

The usual, getting products that don't work, not ever receiving products paid for and never getting the answers you need from customer service, that act like you never asked a direct question, No wonder he calls himself Roy Dumas on everyone's e-mail reply. "This company is beyond HORRIBLE. If I could give them no stars I would. I ordered the item in March 2, 2011 and still haven't gotten it. I've emailed them three times and yet they still haven't replied. I never received a tracking number which means they probably never even sent the item, and when I finally spoke with someone on the phone they said they'd call me back, which they never did! "I just received two 'free' WiFi detectors (with $3.99 shipping for each.) Neither works! The lights flash on the first unit, as they are supposed to, but finally indicate that no WiFi is in the area. I had it right next to my notebook computer that was receiving wireless data from my WiFi at the time. Then I placed it within a few inches of the antenna of my active WiFi node and still no WiFi was detected. The second unit blinked a few times but is now dead. Buyer beware! If it sounds too good to be true, it probably is. I think I've heard that somwhere before..."
