Their initial email said the items had been sent through UPS, but did NOT list the tracking number (though there was a blank space). I immediately sent a query, but no reply. Since them, I sent a number of queries, through email and their site, but no reply.

"My first order with dailycheckout.com will be my last. Bought a supposedly new Jawbone to find out it was a used and defective device. Jawbone informed me I was ripped off; the product did not even ship in the retail package. To their credit, Dailycheckout they did agree to an RMA via email but have not responded if they will pay for all my shipping charges. Trying to call them is impossible. No one is every around and the google voice link on their website does not even connect. Just stay away from this supplier and save yourself some grief.
I will update this review once I see how well they handle my RMA."

"Horrible, awful service! My order was never shipped (I had to contact USPS and they said the item was never shipped). I have been trying for over 2.5 months to get a refund for my order that was never delivered to me. I have still yet to receive my refund. I have been in contact with Dailycheckout.com several times (and they didn't even respond to my first email) and was told that my refund would be issued and put back in my account within 24 hours.. this has still not been done. I have been told this 3 times now. It is very frustrating to have to ask for my refund so many times and to be told I will get it and still not have it in my account. I think it is just ridiculous that it has taken this long and still nothing has been done. I hope to eventually receive my refund and I will not stop trying to get it because I don't think dailycheckout.com should just get to pocket my money when they never shipped my product. I have just had a horrible experience with this company and I am fearful to order from them again."

I emailed dailycheckout about it, and they emailed back, saying to keep the product and gave me a full refund. "Ordert 10 of Samsung 2GB High Speed MicroSD with SD Adapter, first of all I had to wait 3 weeks until i got it, and second these are junk from china. show only 980Mb instead 2GB as advertised, and I'm not able to upload anything to this cards, or get it to work as only error messages showing up. If only one card would not working and has the wrong memory amount, I can live with but all cards thats to much. Now I write emails for the last couple weeks and get nothing back as hot air, no exchange offer or refund. Thats not the way to do business. Stay away from this company and save yourself money and a headache.

I panicked at first. My first contact was not so nice. But, after a few minutes of reflection, I sent another message asking nicely for a sale cancellation.
