This time, I wanted to see how they did with buying some big ticket items such as ipads and iphone XS max. "I sold my Iphone 6 plus . Initially was told that I would receive $126 , then was told the phone didn't meet those standards, so was being reduced to $106... they then told me they would send the money via ACH to my checking account after I gave them all my info . That never happened - they claimed it was because there was issue with my bank ( hard to believe ) . They then told me they would send me a check , which was fine. I emailed them two weeks later and they said I should have it by 10/27 . On November 1 , I emailed them again and they said the check was cut on 10/15. Thats all they said.. They did not say they will look at this to find out where the payment is ... nothing ????? Here it is November 6 and I am still waiting . In the meantime , I sold another Iphone on BuyBacktronics ... will see how that goes, but cannot be worse than Decluttr ... Obviously, I don't intend on using them again ... Horrible service and even more horrible follow up ..."

"They have the world worst customer service! They only have chat and email in order to get ahold of them. They shut down their phone lines. They had issues with their system sending refer a friend codes to get the extra 5$ for referring people but it said we will send an email with a code and it was never sent so I emailed and chatted with different people and none of them helped me they said to bad we can do nothing for you as you didn’t put the code on the order before you sold it. I asked for a supervisor and they told me one would talk to me the following morning and that never happened. Would never recommend, they are scammers and liars as well as a horrible business. Don’t ever do business with them! "
