"It first started with the order that they didn't really get back to me on. 2 weeks later, they continued to tell me that they would send me the speaker. Even asking for the tracking number so you knew when the order would arrive was almost impossible. I never go the tracking number or the speaker, and now I am going to produce a charge back. Even if it does arrive, i'm sure it'll be 3-4 weeks late but their entire process is rather bad."

"I was a first time buyer of the high end speakers which I happened to see at a friend's place. Went online and found the products I wanted BP 9080X and CS9080.Had an excellent service from mr. James to place my order , payment was difficult with my credit card but he worked with me to arrange a 2 day payment as the limit on my card could not permit a one time payment. Discount on my purchase was great which earned me some points which I redeemed for my second order 2 months after the first.

"I found a really good price on two outdoor speakers on this site. The speakers shipped promptly and Geek Squad installed them. Everything was great, until about a year when later when both the sound from both speakers (at different times) became distorted. That launched an effort by me of over four months with Designer Audio Video to attempt to get them to honor the warranty on the speakers and either repair or replace them. In essence, that experience was miserable. The company didn't return calls or emails, so I would just have to "catch" them on their sales line. After getting no help, I finally contacted the speaker manufacturer directly, who promptly sent me new replacement speakers and a shipping label to send the original ones back to them.
If you want good prices, buy from this company. But if you also want a company that will honor warranties and support the products they sell, please keep looking. If anything goes wrong with the products, you're in for a world of pain."
"I placed an order on Black Friday for an almost $4000 subwoofer. The system had issues with my address so it denied my order multiple times, when that was fixed I finally got a confirmed order but it put a pending authorize on my card for 2 subwoofers! No biggie but obviously a system error on there end that needs to be addressed, they weren’t concerned tho, they just told me to “sit tight” it will “eventually” get corrected. During that same convo they said the sub would be shipped and billed later, NEVER mentioned it wasn’t in stock. Then again they wouldn’t have really known BC they didn’t care to check on who I was or what I ordered just “sit tight.” So I waited then a few days later I noticed all charges were reveresed and the order history on the website was blank. So I emailed them and they responded with “we emailed you the day after that it was on backorder with no ETA.” FYI I check my emails constantly, that email was never originally sent. This seems to be a reoccurring problem based on previous reviews. Also if you order the “free shipping” your probably going to be considered a 2nd class customer. That was there very first question to me when I called to check on my order “DID YOU GET FREE SHIPPING?!” Then sit tight! They didn’t ask about my order, name, concern. Anyways poor experience, now Black Friday is over and I most likely won’t find a sale at this point. Maybe next year! "
