"Be sure to read all the disclaimers before you buy. I am building a house and tried to cancel because it did not arrive by the time I needed it. Since it shipped I had to request a return which set off a number of red flags.

1. In order to receive a return authorization, they wanted a signed form that says you will pay 25% restocking while the website terms clearly say 10%. Also, you will have to cover shipping both ways.
2. Know in advance that serial numbers are removed so the warranty is probably not by the manufacturer. This did not bother me as much had it not been for the service concerns.
3. The salesman was nice enough and proposed a reduced return fee since I first tried to cancel, but the offer seemed to change each time we talked. I was going to keep part of the order but in the end was not comfortable because of constantly changing terms.

My initial review was great but I do not feel I was treated fairly. It was a $114 lesson for me to be more careful where I order. "
