"I just ordered a complete set of DefTech in-ceiling speakers from them. They expedited my order free of charge and got them to me in the nick of time. They were priced almost 1/2 of any other online retailer and the products arrived brand new in the box, no issues. The only thing I did notice is that the UPC stickers on sides of all the boxes had been removed. This is probably part of the reason why you can't get mfgr warranty on these. But I really don't care about that. I saved a load of cash and the speakers are installed now and sound awesome.
My experience with them has been very positive. They've earned my business from now on.

"This place is a scam. As other reviewers have said, shipping takes for ever and the goods arrive with shipping tags removed. Then in event you need to return the gear they charge you a 25% restocking fee .... which is not at all clear when you make the purchase. So avoid -- just not worth the upfront price savings.
