"Do not order from this company if you need fast shipping. I paid an extra $150 for UPS ground and they still didn't ship the order until 10 days later. When I emailed them to enquire about the order, they didn't respond until the end of the day and merely pointed out the UPS shipping method time frame and the order should arrive between the 7th and 10th. Then, they shipped the item late and it will not arrive until the 13th.

There was no apology for the delay or any refund for the expedited shipping (UPS Ground). I will not order from this company again."
