"I ordered a pair of speakers with them and they said that they're brand NEW. When I received them, I noticed the serial number was scratched. When I called them to ask for an exchange to a model with a serial number they refused. The person on the phone was very aggressive and even insulted me, calling me a "moron" and "stupid".... This is an unacceptable customer service and I'm wondering how this company was able to get positive reviews when they insult their customers over the phone. Just because this was not enough when I advised I would write a negative review, they threatened me to track me down and send negative reviews to my employer... I will definitively not buy again with them and I encourage everybody to stay away from these very questionable business practices."
