"In the last 3 months I have ordered 16 phones from them to resell at my cell phone accessory store. I have had to return 4 of those 16 phones. I order phones that are unlocked and in like new condition and expect them to work when I get them. Two of the four that I had to return were due to not being able to receive carrier signal (verified by them when I sent them back), another would not power on and another had the battery draining so fast that I watched the percentage go from 100% to 83% in 5 minutes. When you return a phone even due to their error, they penalize you on your next order by removing your rewards percentage discount and charging outrageous shipping charges. My last order was for $1099 for 5 phones. I had to return 2 of them ($566) and when I emailed asking when the money would be refunded, they closed my account so that I can't sign in to even look at past orders. If I don't see the money refunded this week, I'll have to open a case with Paypal. "
"I have purchased about 8 phones in the past. I ordered a phone I desperately needed and paid for 2 day expedited shipping to a location that is in CA, where they are. Two days later it showed that there was no travel history and no delivery date. I contacted them 5 times. They do not have a phone that they answer. Rather than contacting Fed Ex and having the item returned and immediately sending a replacement the company chose to do absolutely nothing. This has cost me 1000's of dollars. And they could have helped but did and still have not. What would have been still a bad situation already they made it worse by not doing a single thing to rectify it. A company that does business this way shouldn't be in business. I employ you, spend a little extra money and buy from someone else. The disregard and non action to help complete my paid order is theift. With no care of the consciences to their customers, is this who you want to give your hard earned money to? A company that doesn't care if they provide the item you paid them for? "
"The first phone i got there was good then it cracked so i got a new phone a couple months later apparently it stopped working because overcharged but i was over charge my past phone and it was fine. Then i got a new and the first day it died in 5 seconds. The only way to use it is to have it charged all the time. Used phones is not the way to go. I FEEL REALLY DISRESPECTED IN THE SERVICE THEY DON'T CHECK TO MAKE SURE THE PHONE WORKS. go ahead and get it if you want but i highly recommend you don't"
"I have purchased numerous phones from this company. my last purchase was for a phone for the T-Mobile network and digicircle claimed that the phone was clean and good for their system. 5 months after my purchase T-Mobile advised me that the IMEI was no good due to the past owner not paying their bill. My account was just fine. this company is suppose to check these items before offering the merchandise for sale. this company was contacted thru paypal and after several emails back and forth agreed to supply a prepaid mailer to me and after they received the phone they would issue a refund. USPS delivered the phone back to them according to the tracking number. I attempted to contact digicircle about the returned item thru paypal and never heard from them. I then escalated the claim at paypal due to no contact from them and found out that digicircle deleted my account. This seem like a spoiled brat taking their ball back. DON'T DEAL WITH THEM."

So I contacted them to see what they can do to fix the issue and I was told there's nothing they could do. so I'm now stuck with $450 phone that I can't use. "Was a Digicircle.com customer for a few years. Until there's a problem everything was fine. For a Digicircle.com error they want you to pay shopping both ways then remove you chance to review. Then when you complain or do a PayPal case they will disable your sign in. I have been buying and read selling electronics for years. Digicircle.com is ok until there is a problem because they only want positive reviews."
"Purchased a Galaxy S3 which looked like new. I ran into a problem which was not the fault of Digicircle, but rather Samsung as they issued 2 phones with identicle serial numbers so my phone could not be activated as it already had an active account on that ID #. James at Digicircle was fabulous. Helpful and professional. I had to return the phone but forgot to remove my newly purchased SD card. Contacted James again hoping that it could be returned. Not only was my refund promptly posted to my credit card, but I just received my SD card in the mail. AMAZING customer service!! "

They sold me a phone in excellent condition on their website. Got confirmation email to pick up within 3 days or order will be cancelled and $1/day storage fee charged. I reached on day 3. I was told they do not have battery.
I got ready for pickup email 3 days back? Do they know the meaning of ready for pickup?
The phone had few deep enough dents (not dings, but dents). The screen appeared to be clean. The person helping me said, the phone was listed excellent not "like new". Their website says excellent is:
"Little sign of use. May have some very fine scuffs and/or scratches."
They did refund my money quickly but wasted my time. They were probably hoping to collect storage fee if I do not show up.."
