"Due to experiencing bad service from a customer service representative on my order, I had come to the conclusion that I would no longer do business with Directron. But shortly after my phone conversation with a bad sales associate, I received a call from Marcos who took the time and went out of his way to solve my problem with my order. This gentlemen made sure that what I needed was in stock and took it upon himself to make sure I received the appropriate item. He showed me that even though I was one out of a multitude of customers that Directron has, I was still important enough to receive good service. Because of his courtesy, diligence and actions he's confirmed my confidence in the quality of service that can be expected from doing business with Directron."

I like that the specials can be accessed from the main page and that there are no hidden fees that don't come out until you're looking at the final costs. The only thing I disliked about the order process is that there is no 800 number to refer back to if there is a problem with the order after it is received."
"Directron had a few of the items I wanted for a better price than Newegg. Ten dollars here, five dollars there starts to add up. The shipping rates seemed reasonable too. Confirmation e-mail with tracking number was sent quickly, and items shipped that day.
One negative point is with a SATA controller card I ordered. The description did not say it was OEM so I assumed it would come in a retail box, but it came packaged in bubble wrap. It was wrapped well and included all the cables and manual, but the retail box would have been nice to further reduce the possibility of shipping damage.
Overall transaction was good, will most likely order from again.
