"When I first received it I wasn't able to download it so had them download it for me. They only downloaded a 30 day free trial and never gave me the product key. When the trial was about to expire it took me several days to finally get the product key. I did finally get it but not without a lot of aggrevation.
I never received the product key, I have saved every email I received and still have them. There is no product key anywhere in any of the emails. If you want you can check them yourself.

Regardless how good the marketing sounds, make certain you can speak with somebody BEFORE you spend your money because if you try speaking to the bums at advantageitech you will quickly learn you are a target to them, not a client.

Having said that, I have made a few purchases from them, but none of them have been delivered on time and nobody has ever been available for assistance - ever

- After adding it all up, it works out cheaper just buying from a reputable seller anyway, the cost of lost time, inconvenience and lack of support is worth the extra few bucks you pay at the reputable sellers."

"Randy was extremely rude - my order was for two installations of the product and I have a new laptop and it wouldn't install on the new one saying that the serial number was invalid and his only response was so you waited four years to tell us? I had already explained that I have a new computer which is why was trying to stall it again and he actually disconnected the chat box on me"

"I was another complaint here about cust svc.. The response from advantageiitech was that the customer must have been a cc frauds. BS.. these people do NOT pick up their phones.. They do NOT respond to emails and live chat is OFF most of the time and when it is on they cant even help with a simpel request to resend files that were sent with an excpiry date and without even telling the customer that the files EXPIRE!!!"
