"I have purchased software from other sites and had issues from install to activation. This company stands by their product. 2 years later, due to a harddrive failure and not saving my setup files, i thought Id email them and see if there was anything they could offer me as a discount since Ive purchased from them before.

They sent me a whole new product, new serial number and it activated and installed fine for free!

Thats customer service!
