"delivery was okay but not as quick as expected for a download purchase. Took 2 days. Payment was a bit cumbersome using a credit card. The option of using PayPal was not apparent during the purchase but noticed it was available after the fact. That option should be made more visible. Software purchased appears to function okay and activation went okay but had to do it over the phone. All in all, software ordered was delivered and price was okay. "
"I made an order to purchase digital goods and licensing from advantageittech.com and was sent additional instructions via e-mail to complete the order. After 30 minutes had past, I attempted to call the 800 number they provided in their email and listed on their site. Only via the away automated message did I become aware there were operating hours for customer support (it was stated on their homepage however); However, the call was made within their operating hours, so it should not have been away-automated. Caught off guard by this, I then attempted the live chat - many times (more than a dozen times), most of the time it timed out and stated the operators were offline (Again, within their specified operating hours). Other times it stated an operator was in the room, but there was no response to my inquires, and half my postings (when made on the initial collapsed box aspect) were not posting to the chatbox.. I sent e-mails to both sales and support department addresses, and called up again to leave another voicemail (this time it was 8 minutes after their operating hours). Now, currently, it is the next business day (about 9:30am Pacific time), and I have now attempted the live chat several times and sent another e-mail to support. I don't have plans on making another call, as it only proven to be a waste of money doing so (pay-per-minute / use plan)... It is important to note that I have not seen a charge in my bank statement, also, this review (although wholly accurate) is more or less a segue to get an actual response from a rep on this matter.
IN RE: I already purchased licenses from another vendor before this order got processed; I'm quite surprised you have done so.
Update: on second thought.. the product is still appealing.. I'm sure I can find someone who has a use for it, and I suppose it (and this might just be the Christmas spirit surging in me) would be prudent of me to rate a 13 year old business on what is likely a series of mishaps.
FOLLOW UP: I'm up rating these guys.. My experience could not have been the norm. They were extremely communicative and responsive. I had a nice back and forward discussion with support and sales, which I initiated on Christmas Eve of all times.. Needless to say, that's above and beyond expectation."
"There was an issue with the order and I could not get a hold of the customer service to resolve it till much later then when I should have received the order. No contact from them to let me know of the issue. I finally was able to get someone on their live chat and the issue was resolved. I was able to get the order and install the software.

"The instructions for downloading the file are terrible. Perhaps a computer techie would understand them but not someone with average computer skills. It started with the email saying to download and print the #1 file first but there was no file numbered 1 and the file was actually in the number four position in the list. It went down hill from there. It also did not help that the yoursoftwareadvisor was scheduling a help session in Pacific time while I am in the Eastern time zone. Basic stuff really. Otherwise once the program was installed it seems to be working fine."
