"ordered my watch and still haven't got it yet as of today 15th december as they sent completely wrong watch! they then waited till the wrong watch arrived back with them until they sent the correct watch i hope to me they did refund the freight i had to pay for to get the wrong watch back to them the watch they sent didn't look anything like the one i ordered as if no-one checked it before they sent it which is strange when sending something internationally. arthur has done his best to help but this has been a disappointing experience compared to all the other purchases that i have done over the net"
