"Bought a phone several weeks ago that worked for 5 days. That's right, five days!
No return emails or phone calls after repeated attempts to correct this. The phone cost was $39 so I just threw it in the trash and bought one off of ebay. The moral to this story is, do not, no matter how good you think the deal is, do not buy a phone from them. Go to ebay, amazon or another company."

"Ordered a replacement blackberry 7100i from them, figuring what's the worst that could happen on a $25 dollar phone?

Well, the worst that could happen is that I'd get screwed out of $25 dollars, waste over a week including 2 hours in a sprint store, and be ignored by dotcells, guess they had better things to do, like write some of the 5 star reviews on this site.

Received the phone pretty quick, tried to activate it, couldn't get it to activate and asked for a refund, 3 times. No response, they've disabled their phone number so you can't call them, they don't have an email adddress, and their "Customer Response Form" is as useful as a catflap in an elephant house, they don't respond.

Wouldn't recommend!"
