I was so disappointed in this site that I am compelled to write a review (first time in hundreds of online orders). I put my order in and I used their formula for determining delivery time: "Delivery date = ships within time + shipping" plus I padded that time with a couple days. I never got the item and called to find out what the problem was. Turns out it was on backorder and wouldn't ship for another 2 weeks (making the total delivery about a month and a half). First of all, I would like to know that an item is on backorder before ordering it so I could make the decision on my own if I wanted to wait. Secondly, I complained and the best they offered me was $4.00 off the price. That's right, four dollars. I told them I don't want to have to give them a bad review, but they're leaving me no choice... Still got nothing from them. So, it's your own decision whether or not to use this company, but I would STRONGLY recommend against it.

"I ordered on December 15, 2005 and received a tracking number on Dec 20. I *thought* everything was in order. The package never arrived, and the tracking was never updated past "Shipping information received." ON 12/29 I called and was told they would trace the package via UPS. I called UPS on 1/5/06 and no trace had ever been requested. I tried contacting dynadirect again and was told they really had put the trace on just then (1/5). I called UPS 1/6 and still no record of any trace. Now I tried to call the customer service dept at dynadirect and it's been a busy signal for hours. No reposne on email. I suspect they are folding. I immediately called my credit card number to dispute the charge."
"I ordered a Solar Powered Atomic watch from Casio from them, the mens edition. What I received was exactly that, however, the watch was not covered with the plastic stickers over the mental, the metal on the wristband was scratched and the booklet was obviously used.
No response to emails so I warn everyone to be careful with this company. Cheap might become expesive real fas if you paid for 'nothing'."
"Dynadirect Have an international division called Dyna-International. All I can say is beware! I placed an order and paid by credit card on Sept 30 2005. My credit card was debited immediately. One week later their online order status showed 'Payment Authorized' so I sent an email through their web page 'where is my order'. Got an automated reply saying I would receive a response within one business day. What a joke. I have sent numerous 'where is my order' and never yet received a reply. I finally managed to track down a phone number (they don't publish one - which should have been a warning in itself) Called them and spoke with someone who said they would call me back. Still waiting for that to happen. Called again the next day and was told my goods would ship that day. It's now nearly a week later and the order status is 'Order processing'. This all for a CB radio which was supposedly in stock.
I am beginning to think this place is a scam at worst or particularly bad customer service. I would never use them again. Beware!

"HORRIBLE! HORRIBLE!! HORRIBLE!!! I ordered a $500 desk in December from the dynadirect.com website. At the time the item showed as it was in stock. I continuously checked my order status online as the email after payment stated. After 2 weeks the online order status was not updated. I tried to be patient because it was the holiday season but, after 3 weeks my order status wasn’t updated online so I had to call “customer service” (I put this in quotations because it was anything but service) The representative I spoke with told me she would have to contact the distributor because she didn’t know what was going on and that she would call me back the same day. After two days passed I called again and she said she was still looking into it. Finally the next day she left me a message to tell me the item would not be in stock for another month. Has my order status been updated online? No, it still says that “the status of the order has not been updated”. THIS HAS BEEN A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!I dealt with Casandra the customer service manger who wouldn't help at all after they postponed my ship till date again! I AM DISPUTING THE CHARGE WITH MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY NOW..."
"I ordered a generator portability kit from dynadirect almost 3 weeks ago and it has yet to ship, even though the item is, and has been, in stock. They charged my credit card immediately. I emailed the company twice asking when it would ship, and received a promt reply both times. They admitted they had shipping problems, and in the second reply they said it would ship in a few days. It still hasn't shipped. They should never have charged my credit card before it shipped, especially since they knew they had problems getting products out the door. I am not happy with this company, and if I get no confirmation of shipment within a couple of days, I will have to cancel the order and demand a refund on my credit card. I do not recommend this company to anyone.
To update this review...the item I orered finally arrived more than 3 weeks after the order was made and paid for."
"Product packaging was a little weak. Outer box was too small for inner box. The gap was closed with extra tape. However shipping was quick and product (ReplayTV 5160) did arrive undamaged.
I'm a little dissapointed that a product I paid $472 for is now listed on their web site for $445 thirty days after I placed my order. A low price guerantee would be nice :-)

So I called and they said that the order was going to go out today. I said what you have not even shipped the order out. The lady I talked to said that she worked on Monday and the reason the order was not sent out was that monday was a holiday. So I asked her if monday was a holiday why was she working and she than said that they worked but the delivery companys did not which was not true because I had a package delivered on monday from ups and my brother had one delivered from fedex both from buy.com so her reason is crap.
Blame the delivery company when they have not even shipped the order out. BEWARE STAY AWAY

"I ordered a set of Motorola FRS radios from Dynadirect late Monday night. They're here and it is only Wednesday. I had also sent an email to them with a question. They responded first thing the next business morning. Their price was also the lowest.
Overall, you couldn't ask for a better experience! I would definitely put them at the top of the list for next time!"
