"These guys were Johnny-on-the-spot.
I'd previously ordered adapters from another company that didn't put out enough juice. I was concerned when ordering from EBB that I'd run into the same problem. They verified my model and serial number and communicated quickly that they had the right model or would replace with a higher wattage.
The ones they shipped worked just fine. And at about 1/2 the HP Direct price (which were out of stock)."
