"I ordered aftermarket batteries and a 110v/12v (car) charger for my -new to the US market- Panasonic Lumix Water/Shockproof pocket camera. I was able to find what I needed with ease, got the information I needed to make the purchase, and all at a good price! I then spent 2 months in the wilderness using and abusing them, and they performed flawlessly! The charger seems to be quite a bit slower than the factory charger, but being able to charge from 12v makes up for that in my opinion.
I am very happy with company and products, and will be ordering more batteries for my other camera soon!
(And I love the Lumix waterproof!)

I purchased a camcorder battery and used google checkout. I placed order on a Friday and arrived the following monday. The order was filled correctly (no errors). I have never found the high quality customer service with any other merchant before. I got timely notifications and in a record time even though I chose normal delivery. I highly recommend this store to any one. Superb customer service and a great price for batteries. There is no other online store with this much choice of products.
