"I ordered a $900 shed, after 2+ months of waiting and after numerous calls and emails, I am told that the shed was returned because I didn't answer my phone. However, I have been talking to them since the start, why did they not inform me that the shipper could not get in touch with me....because....their communication and professionalism is horrible. When i ask to speak to the owner, I am told by the manager that he does not take calls and that is what he pays her for...WOW! But the best part, they only refunded me $360, the other $582 i am owed I am being charged for shipping for an item that I never received!!!!!!! Never in my life have I seen such a thing."

"Ordered a greenhouse on Saturday 27 MAR 21, Monday, 29 MAR 21 received an email saying my order was canceled (out of stock). Called their C/S to order another, are if the new choice was in stock, was assured it was, so I ordered it. Withn an hour, received an email stating my order XXXXX0 was canceled. Called C/S again because my second order number was XXXXX1. C/ S checked and assured me AGAIN that my order would definitely hip on 07 APR 21. Three hours later I received an email canceling XXXXX1. Called nd was told item was not available, they do not stock, and don't have any idea if th product is available until they place the order with the manufacturer.
