"This was the second Canopy that I have purchased through e-canopy and have suggested this web site to other vendors. The first one lasted a couple years and I used it often and through many different weather conditions and It held up well. The first one broke because I had folded it up by my self and must have tweeked it. The next show I went to set it up and the crisscross metal part was broken. For that show I duct taped it and it hung in there until the end. My son would not let me throw it away as he said he was going to try to fix it and use it over his car when he is working on it ! Go for it kid! So, I shopped around but ended right back at e-canopy. I must tell you it's the little things that make me happy. I love the little D rings on the top, Not sure what they are for but I use them to hang my banner when vending. No other tent I have ever used had this feature and it makes it so easy to hang my sign! You need to mention these little things on the description as it is not on there, I managed to see them in one of the pictures ...then I was sold! So This new tent will be used often as I vend at least 25 shows a year. So it will be tested again! It was shipped quickly...I needed it for a show and it came a day early!! "

"Shopped all the usual sites, called CS with a few specific questions, all good. UPS always covers my boxes with a bag if its raining, unfortunately it came Fedex. Good thing it was double boxed!
Everything worked as described, all the buttons and pins moved easiy. Only reason I mention this is having read issues in many reviews of lower cost brands.
Took it down next day and got the frame back in the container without any grief.
Directions were adequate, with things like this you just have to look at it and figure at least a test run or two.
I ordered some ground anchors elsewhere, didn't see them at the time. "
