"I received a banged up box containing a 10x20' canopy and found that using ropes to compress the "rafter" tubes was the only way to keep the frame together. The top cover fit well but the side corners are open. A better design to overlap the corner fabric is needed. Ecanopy shipped the missing corner part as soon as they were made aware of it. So far it is working well as a temporary shelter during construction. "
