Features that were significant were: firerating; quality of materials; availability of parts; toll free help line; ease of ordering; a sturdy bag with side pocket for curtains; wheels for moving from my vehicle to my set-up site;extras that were offered which included bags to hold weights to anchor the canopy and directions for set up are stitched to the sturdy canvas bag.
