"One of the few places we found an aluminum canopy for a reasonable price. Used for the first time at the beach a week after receiving it. The instructions are terrible and don't include all of the steps. The scissor structure came with a missing bolt and screw assembly and we had to rig it with some miscellaneous parts and tools we had in our vehicle to keep it from getting damaged and collapsing on our kids. There were plenty of other canopies at the beach which I looked over as we walked down the shore. The others, which were most likely cheaper and made of steel didn't flex as much as ours in the wind. I wanted the aluminum for corrosion at the beach but not sure if this one will make it. It does have a lot of plastic parts which may also lend to its lack of strength."

I appreciated the email confirmation of the order and of its shipment. I recently called Customer Service b/c one accessory I ordered was not compatible with the canopy I purchased. I will be receiving a return authorization number for the accessory...but I LOVE the Goliath Canopy. It is very high quality and sturdy, and really does assemble easily. My only wish would be for screen walls that were compatible with the zippers on the Goliath walls so we could have the option to have screen sides along with the solid walls on the ends. "

"I was initially very unhappy with my purchase. The pop-up canopy we ordered arrived damaged. The customer service rep. I spoke with at first said that they could only send me a replacement part for us to repair the damaged canopy. When I vehemently refused this solution AND informed him that I would be contacting VISA to withhold paymment, he asked me to wait 24 hours to see if e.Canopy could convince the manufacturer to replace the canopy and allow me to return the damaged one without paying for shipping. That is what happened. They sent a replacement canopy within a few days and had UPS pick up the damaged canopy. I did not have to pay any shipping chargers. This second canopy is fine and we are very pleased with it. "
