"I had a fantastic time ordering from this company. The one-on-one customer service representatives were all exceptional. They were informative, helpful and took the time to answer questions both before and after ordering. There was a small issue with the order (not their fault) in which my tent package arrived without the roller bag. As soon as I contacted them, they swiftly arranged for one to be sent and I got it with lightning speed. The product (a Caravan commercial tent) is terrific - sturdy and well-made. I will be using it on the festival circuit (I'm a professional face painter), and I'm proud to have such an attractive and most importantly sturdy tent. I am 5'4" tall and a woman and the tent does weigh a bit. I'm strong and in good shape, but I was concerned about my ability to set this up by myself, as I'll often have to do. So when the tent arrived, I called eCanopy to go over tips to do the set-up, and the representative helped SO much with his patient listening and sound advice. I called once in the middle of set-up to be sure I was on the right track, and then once again to say a giant "Thanks!"
