Upon checking the canopy out I found it to be a high grade frame and decent cover and sidewalls. While this is a commercial show tent it is much heavier than those you find at the local home improvement stores. Looking for many years of service out of this one. "

"Ordering this portable garage was very easy on the website. I was amazed on how quickly it came. I read and re-read the instructions on assembly and laughed at the three hours it said it would take to build. The build was actually not hard at all. The hardest part was the first outside rib attaching to the first inside rib. After that it went together like a puzzle. It took my wife and I longer than the three hours the instuctions said it would take, but we got it done. And it looks great!

"I put this canopy up all by myself with no issues. The roof clips in to the side bracket. The sides attach beautifully and zipped perfectly without any stress on the fabric. The D rings are very helpful for ratchet straps to hold it down. It feels very spacious inside with a high ceiling. The infrastructure on the inside is strong enough to hold lightweight items for sale. I love the silver lining on the inside. I feel I have increased my merchant credibility with this pop-up and I look forward to selling my handmade where’s from it. I’m very happy and I love it. It was worth every single penny. A great investment."

"It is great when a company like eCanopy really wants to know how customers view eCanopy products AND even better when eCanopy takes to heart complaints. We purchased 3 tarps that were advertised as being a certain finished size (e.g.,11.5 ft x 19.5 ft), but when the tarps arrived, they were just less than 11 ft 5 inches x 19.0 ft! 6 inches is a lot to be off. This wasn't eCanopy's fault because the manufacturer's PRINTED label clearly stated that the finished tarp was 11 ft 6 inches x 19 ft. 6 inches. Fortunately, we waited until the tarps arrived before we starting cutting poles to build a carport, so when all was said and done, the tarp did nicely fit the new carport. Because I took the time to phone eCanopy, they processed a $15 refund which was both unexpected and unnecessary ... but now they have a long-term customer!"

"The tents frames are sturdy and well made. I love the pull rings to take them down. The tent covers are light and UV protective, I love that. These tents will last a long time, they are a great product for a reasonable cost.
The customer service is excellent. How nice to actually be able to speak to someone in person. It was very helpful to received shipping emails to let me know where and when.
