"i have used the canopy 3 times now at the track for race days .
sadly yesterday it got a little stitching coming undone (about a inch) and the cross bracing bent .
the wind was blowing at 2 to 3 MPH with gusts up to 6MPH ( i checked the weather reports for that). tracks will not let us stake the legs into the pavement so we tie them off to our spare tires and this is what i do to tie it down . doing so i will take some of the blame as to why the framing may have bent at the hinge bolts . side note i can fix the bends kind of ez .
the rip were the stitching is coming apart there should be no reason for that ! it's at the very top of the leg. the tension on the fabric from the sharp edge of the top of the leg is what ripped the stitching . this too can be repaired a friend that does auto upholstery said he will sew a piece of fabric to the underside at all 4 corners . should he have to ? NO not to a canopy that is only a few weeks old ! option two is for me to exchange it but this will just give me the same and i'm sure it will do the same thing to a new one .

"The tarps are advertised with a certain size, but they come about 4" - 6" (per the rep) shorter.
When trying to return, if the plastic pack is open (regardless of the product used or not) there will be no refund or credit since the product ships and is returned to another location. On top of that there is a restocking fee as well.
This is the only company I purchased from that does not accept returns on open packaging. How would I know if the product is not the size I ordered if I do not open it. Also, it really does not take much to repack a plastic bag. For the record, I ordered 8 x 10 and received 7.6 x 9.6 (4" short on both sides). Since there is a restocking and shipping fee, I might as well keep the taps. The credit offered does not help. This company does not even try to accommodate an exchange for the correct size or a larger one. Next time, I will have to order it through companies such as Amazon that have a decent return policy.

For the record, the tarp itself is of good quality."
