"If for no other reason than above-and-beyond customer service, I'd give this place a 10. We ordered an item that only shipped directly from the manufacturer. It initially came to us cracked. We spoke with Anthony Stover, a customer service agent with ecomfort.com, who immediately put in a new order for a replacement, scheduled the pick-up, and took every measure to keep us informed about our order. The facts that it was cracked to begin with, took three weeks to replace from the manufacturer, and that the shipper was slow to pick up the item for return, were completely out of the merchant's control. In the end, we had personal, one-on-one phone and email contact with the same customer service agent from start to finish of the resolution process. Not to mention--the price was great! I can't say enough good things for the merchant."

"I purchased AC filters for my home via ecomfort on June 10th. No where on the page was I told that the filters shipped from the manufacturer and not from ecomfort.

After waiting for a few weeks, I emailed them and was told they would leave the manufacturer on JULY 2!

Around July 16, when I had not received the filters, I wrote back and found that there had been an error in shipment. I asked them to expedite the filters since I had been waiting for over a month for my purchase. I was told no. My new "expected delivery date" is 7/23 or 43 days after my order.

Order from ecomfort if you feel you can wait a month + for product delivery.

I will not order from them again. I'm sticking to Amazon."
