"I needed a key, that I had lost. I needed it quick, I needed it for a reasonable amount of money. I ordered it. They held my order as my shipping and billing address were not the same. They actually not only HELD, vs just canceled my order. AND DO NOT BOTHER NEVER to tell me as so many other online merchants DO DO,,
They also CALLED me to verify what was what re my info. They also left a message. I called them back, they shipped it out the SAME DAY. Took all of 2 days to do the transaction and receive my product! WOW.
