"I placed my order on Tuesday at 11:45 AM and paid $60 for overnight shipping. I received a call on Thursday that my order was shipping on Thursday and that I would recieve it on Friday. I asked to have the overnight shipping charges reduced because the order was now 2 days late, and the Rep replied that the order was shipped overnight and that the I would be charged the full $60 because it was shipped overnight. The Rep spoke to her manager and the manager confirmed that I should be charged the overnight fee because it was shipped overnight even though they were 2 days late.
