"The folks at e-ComfortUSA were very helpful at answering questions prior to my purchase of the Mitsubishi Heat Pump. Unfortunately, I am very concerned at the packaging and handling of the products. When the delivery driver arrived at my home, the box for the copper tubing was broken and the insulation was torn. Everything else in the box simply fell out. The box for the condensing unit was also falling apart although the unit itself seemed to be okay. The blower was the only part that arrived in tact. Also, the condensing unit weighs approximately 140 pounds. I guess it was expected that the delivery driver unload this monster by him-self or use the person that purchased the equipment to lend a helping hand as there was no lift gate or ramp to slide the condensing down to get it into my garage. When I asked the driver how we were going to get this thing off of the truck, he suggested that we both grab an end and hoist it to the ground. That would have been fine except I recently had back surgery in August - no thank you for exposing my back to re-injury. As you can probably see, my overall rating probably will not reflect up e-ComfortUSA as a company, but my experience was not good as I had to get a cart from my garage to load the compressor unit on and send the driver on his way."
