"We bought a manifold for a new build. The product discription did not state that pex connectors were not included. Since these connectors are necessary for use of the manifold it surprised me to find out they had to be order seperately. When I recieved the manifold I called customer service about it and was referred to the maker. They referred me back to e-Comfort and they told me they would have to call the maker and would call me back within 24 hours. They did not. I had to call them again and ended up placing an order which took a week before it was ready to ship. This lead to a 2 1/2 week delay."
