"After I was charged, I was informed that the item was in back order. I called to get an idea of when the package would be shipped, the representative assured me that the item would ship on a date that has since came and went. I feel that I've been mislead and am still being strung along."

"Placed an order on a Thursday, never saw an email confirmation. Checked the next day on my order online and no orders were associated with my account; Spoke to customer Rep who says order was cancelled. Had the payment refunded and placed a new order. Was told that this new order would ship by that evening or Monday. Checked on Monday and was told the product was back ordered till possibly the 24th Feb....apparently back ordered since January. I was led to believe product was in stock. Cancelled the order. Experience with this was frustrating however I was refunded purchase amount within 48 hours. No mentioned of the item being out of stock or back ordered on the website. Lesson learned. Contact a CSR to confirm if product is in stick before placing order."
