"I ordered a product from their website. (as linked to from Kingston's site). I received a shipment notification. I then went on to their site to track the shipment to see my invoice and see that it said that it was backordered. After speaking to a representative, i was told that i would have to wait 4 days, then i received another email saying it was 6. Yesterday I checked with them and they said my product was not available at all and that they would be happy to sell me another company's product for a lot more money. Today they say it will arrive on the 14th in their warehouse...possibly, and that I should contact them the next day to ensure it has been processed. This is my first time using this company and actually this is my first site review, but have to say it has not been a positive experience. There price was quite a bit lower than their competitors, but hardly matters if they can't deliver. ps. they currently list my product as "Usually ships: same day" and "Availability:Generally in stock""
