"Upon completing the checkout process an SMS from my credit card issuer advised a charge in the amount of the purchase had been made. Emails were received acknowledging the purchase. After 5 days w/o receiving a shipping notification went back into my account at website an order was nowhere to be found. Asked for help in Chat window and the person acknowledged the order was not showing in the system. I mentioned the charge message sent by local C/C issuer and the specifics of the order. An Email was received afterwards (20/01/2014) acknowledging the order was in the process of verification and a number was provided to call "for further clarification/help" with order.
A new Email was received today (21/01/2014) stating " Based on provided information, we encountered limitations with your financial institution" which is not true since the C/C issuer accepted the charge of the amount. It also invites to pay thru Wire Transfer with a fee of $25 to be added to amount to be paid. (price is not competitive if I am to add a $35 fee at my bank as well). I called the number provided "for further clarification/help" and the hostile lady that took my call, upon telling her my order number, said the only way they would process the order would if they get paid by W/T, I explained about the notification on my cell phone a minute after placing the order and that I have not seen a refund of the charge on my account; She snapped saying it hd not been a charge but an initial pre-authorization and nothing would appear as charged in the statement. She insisted payment had to be made thru W/; Asked why and She said Ecost doesn't accept International C/C; Asked since when? This was not my first purchase from eCost, She angrily responded She didn't now since when but that was the company's policy now: "No international C/C accepted" asked if there would be another payment method: Paypal? Googlepay? but neither are accepted. Closed my account and unsubscribed from eCost immediately.Do not want to hear or know from them again. Will take my business somewhere else where it is appreciated and it is safe for both seller and myself.

"Product description should include what is in the box. Online product description clearly shows that monitor has both VGA and DVI inputs. Monitor has DVI-d input but no DVI-d cable comes in box with monitor. "

I bought a refurbished monitor and works good so far. But there us no serial cable (connect to computer) come with it that it should has.

"Order was cancelled by eCost and no rain check or alternative was offered. If it was an "ordering system error" as described by the email I received, I would have expected some kind of offer to make up for an issue on their side. I was counting on this vendor and they failed to deliver."

"The pictures with the KB5150W are not correct and are misleading. The images represent the mouse as ergonomic/sculpted and it is not.
The keyboard is shown with more feature buttons than it actually has.
