"Absolutely no flexibility in shipping. I live in a community with no postal delivery to the residence, so the postal address verification comes out negative. No problem to call ecost to show them I am a real person, but they still want me to jump through hoops to register my address with the credit card company (not possible because its a business card) so I got so tired with ecost that I canceled my order."

If you look on line for comments, you'll find many people who refuse to do business with them. Their policies do not encourage customer satisfaction or repeat business. "

"Ecost lost my order, but when I talked with the representative they re-entered the order at the original price I had on my confirmed order and agreed to ship at no cost. The lost order was 27166603. Of course it was irritating, but they handled it well. They did the right thing after discovering they caused me a problem."
