Product has defects(The CS chat asked me to contact the manufacture or eCost tech support). After this post, a tech support representative contacted me;
Website didn't show my negative reviews(I gave a 2 star review but the review was not posted even though 6 days passed, the website stated post within 48 hours. I wrote another review three days ago, not shown either).
Live chat responding extremely slow with eCost CS with non-technical questions, the CS left me alone and not responding for 20 minutes....(asked at 9:38:57 AM no response until 9:57:19 AM, asked a simple yes/no question at 9:58:45 AM, no response until 10:11:01 AM).
I agree that shipping is very fast.
