Customer Service Issue.
In March of 2005 I placed an online order for a 10 External bay Full ATX Server Case with optional Power supply csx-910. I needed the computer within seven-day max. A few days after my online transaction, I checked my email. I had received a rejection notice. So, I emailed them to find out what the problem was. Now I am going to be late with my deadline. Edazz said that my credit card number was the problem. The sale clerk was not polite at all. I then resubmitted my order for the case.
In about five days, I received the merchandise. It was the wrong case. I got on line and went to the website, to use there automated RMA generator. It would not accept my submission. So, I called edazz to speak to someone about the situation, and I should have been P.Oed. But, I just wanted resolution and the case that I ordered.
The sell rep. was rude. He asked me what had I done to the case, what was wrong with the case, and why didn't I want the case. I explained to him that:
I had done nothing to the case, that nothing was wrong with the case except it was the wrong case.
I asked to speak to a manager. Someone who said that he was the manager, and he told me that I had to get an RMA number. I explained to him what I had already attempted and he also was very condescending. I called Bank of America to stop payment on the case and sent it back without an RMA number. In June I received the case back with a refusal to accept notice on the box. Its now July, 2005 and I still don't have an RMA number, and I'm writing my fourth dispute letter in rebuttal to edazzes rebuttal.
All I wanted was the case I ordered. Why didn’t they think that an HTML page error could have occurred. Why not help your customers return merchandise and give them the product that they ordered. I really didn’t think that would be that hard.
I ordered another case from another company. I would have been willing to still do business with them if they had given me the RMA number or just exchange my order. Other companies will do that.
Edazz held the computer in there loading bay past the 30 days so that I could not return it and then sent it back to me. This is not a company or organization I will do business with again, until they change there way of doing business.
I rate this company BAD News for me.
Suggestion: Keep all email transactions with this company, you may need them later."

However the item was shipped via DHL ground instead of UPS 2-day which is what I paid for. DHL records show the shipper as 'CUBEST STR8BUY'.

"I placed the order on 3/28/05 morning and received only 1 email from edazz. NO follow up of when my package is delivered. Tried to call cus. ser. starting from 3/30 but nobody was home. Finally when I was ready to dispute the charge today, I tried to call CS again. A man answered and told me the package was already on the way since 3/29/05, 4:51 PM w/ DHL & I never received an email for tracking #. BTW formerly edazz was CUBEST STR8BUY.COM which I already had bad Xperience. NO SENSE OF CS RESPONSIBILITY AT ALL. CRAPS. They manipulate feedbacks on pricewatch.com. WATCH-OUT for them."
"NEVER, EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
This is a fraudulent operation, no question.
I tried to cancel my order with them within an hour of placing the order. I was unable to reach them by phone (mailbox is full) or e-mail (4 attempts). Now, 4 days later I was charged for the item anyway and I wasn't even notified that anything shipped.
This is a bad, bad company. Stay far away. You have been warned."
