and to find out from Delphi manufacture, the coil packs i bought comes with 3 year warranty but eeuroparts only offer two years.. ripping consumers off one full year of warranty.. just a scam slimy company

Provided the requested information and they replied saying the item I ordered is out of stock so they canceled the order. I checked their site and the price more than doubled and is still in stock. They outright lied. Never ordering from these clowns again. Stay away and go somewhere else like Pelican Parts or FCP Euro, even if the price is a few dollars more. "Purchased a set of OEM Audi Q7 headlights for $1750 one of the headlights came defective (left side) now they are giving me the run around to replace or refund the part even though it's been less than 30 days and I just find out at time of installation by the Audi dealer. They (Eeuroparts.com) make it very difficult to resolve any issues with your purchased, so you just give up. I'm still dealing with this nightmare, so but parts at your own risk."

Advertise low, low, prices BUT do not deliver on much of anything.
I ordered 4 parts at a price of over $500, was promised items are in stock and will ne received by me in 4 to 5 days and would ship out with UPS the next business day after placing order.; this is not what happened.
The order was split in to 2 deliveries, first one arrived a week later, one damaged strut (looked as if it had been banged around) and a the other part ( a sway bar link) was a different brand to the one I and did not even fit as I ordered for the driver's side not the passengers .
I called and was given the same BS story as everyone else, told take lots of pictures as it was probably a UPS issue and they would file a claim.
I said shipping box was not the problem, if they do respond via email or pick up the phone they will just fob you off with more and more BS.
Second part of order was one package of nuts that was short, second item was MIA.
And on and on and on, they refuse to address the problems and refuse to issue a return shipping label.
I contacted my Visa card bank and filed a claim, who are in the middle of an investigation .
Stay away from these crooks, just stay away.

"I ordered Saab OEM touchup paint from eEuroparts. The picture of the item on the website shows Saab OEM-branded touchup paint bottles similar to what I have for my other Saab. For $18 plus $14 s&h I received cheap aftermarket touchup paint bottles in a white box labelled "Saab" all shoved in a plastic bag full of loose desiccant powder. Do not do business with these crooks."

"Ordered some parts for my car, paid for the most expensive shipping (to Canada) which run me $65 even though the parts for my vehicle only cost $10 total. I was in a rush to get my parts as I use my vehicle for work. In my mind, I figured paying the highest paid shipping would get it here the fastest. I was wrong, they had an option available that was only $20 which would have gotten here faster. When I contacted them about it, they were not willing to refund the shipping, however they did give me a $25 store credit for my next order.
A little concerning that they have a shipping option for 3x as much and gets to my location twice as long as the cheaper option. I have yet to receive the products but I figured I would share my experience to make other Canadians aware of this.
I would recommend giving them a call before placing your order to figure out which shipping method is best for you so you don't run into this issue.
I now paid 4x the price (after customs) for some parts that took over a week to ship to my location.
They were however diligent at calling me back and the people speaking on the phone seemed nice enough. Just be cautious when placing your order."
