"Ordered parts and paid for next day service. Called 3 business days later and was told the order would be shipping out that day. Tried to cancel and there was no way to stop the system. When requesting a refund whereas one day shipping did not even ship for 3 days, we were refunded but about a third of the shipping costs ($11.00 refunded out of $38.00). Not much money involved, but obviously very poor business practices."
